I met kelly wheeler while I was working for the city of Minneola. I was responding to a service call that happened to be a house that he was trying to sell, we got to talking about selling houses, and I mentioned to him that we were going to list ours through Zillow or Mark Spain. He advised me not to list with either of those companies and asked if I would give him 30 minutes of my time, he would show me why. So I took him up on his offer, and he came to our house the next morning, he was so professional and knowledgeable and we decided to list with Kelly. We sold our home in less than 12 hours, for $20K over listing. If you want a realtor that works hard for you before and after the sale, Kelly Wheeler/ Ninja Realtor is your man!!!

My wife and I found this wonderful house online from our home in Michigan. We called Kelly whom we had recently started working with. We started the process with my bank, which I had done business with for many years. If it were not for Kelly and the mortgage company, Success Mortgage Partners, which he had pick up the pieces, we would have lost the home.

If I could give Kelly more than 5 stars I would. So when my husband came home from work his last day telling about this realtor he had met, I kind of shrugged it off. I was determined that we would list and sell our home either with Zillow or Mark Spain. My husband urged me to at least give Kelly a chance, so we invited him to come to our home the next morning. To my surprise, Kelly was very different than most realtors. He has such a warm personality and his knowledge of real estate and professionalism is incredibly comforting. We ended up listing that evening with Kelly and the next day we had several showings scheduled, however we already had an offer on the table before the 1st showing that morning. We were a bit skeptical of listing at the price Kelly recommended, but happy we listened to his advice as we sold our home 20k over list in less than 12 hours. There were a few hiccups from start to finish, but Kelly was on top of everything and got It done. If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond what you expect, Kelly is your realtor.

Kelly is professional and attentive to his clients needs and wishes. My husband and I hired Kelly to help us buy a home back in July, 2016. Kelly listened to our requests and within a week he had found us the home we wanted. We hired Kelly again in July, 2021 to sell the home he sold to us in 2016.
